Delaney's 8th birthday!

It's a cooking party! She invited 15 girls to come to Sur La Table for a cooking birthday! We sent out invitations with aprons for each girl to decorate and wear to the party! They printed out a "cookbook" for each girl to take home with the recipes from the party. 

They made homemade fettuccine alfredo, chicken fingers and cupcakes with strawberry frosting.

They all said it was the best meal ever. :)

She won the limbo challenge for her class!!! Not surprised, she's so flexible!

5 students were picked from her school, by the principal, to read an essay they had written about their new school. She was one of the winners!!! We were so proud!!!

March-May 2017

Baseball is over, but this season he learned SO much! He moved up a league, so he played with the older boys. He loves to hit the ball hard and make it on base. He even does a dance when he gets to 2nd.

Nannie and I took the kids to the DreamMore Resort in Pigeon Forge. They had a blast! It was a relaxing and fun Spring break getaway!

Even though she had the flu on her actual birthday/Easter weekend, she wanted to dye eggs. So we did. :)
