Everyday.

This is a picture of something that we do. Every. Single. Day. I felt like I needed to document this stage of doing her hair, on the counter, with a mess around us, with her happily agreeing to whatever style I decide for that day. Happy chaos. It goes by so quickly. Sometimes we sing, sometimes we talk, but we always end with a kiss before I move on to the next task. She’s my most cuddly child ~ at times very whiny ~ but when she’s sweet, she’s the sweetest ever. 💕

Being right next to her daddy eating snacks is when she’s happiest. 

Mother’s Day 2021

My loves are so sweet! I got these sweet handmade gifts (Sam Nolan’s not pictured, but sweet poem and little “sweet notes”). I also got a go pro to be able to watch live feed of games and events I might miss with our schedule 😂. 

The day before, Sam Nolan played in a tournament in Trussville, and they gave us little Mother’s Day flowers 💕

Sam Nolan’s team played against the HBC Elite team in semi-finals. Sam Nolan and his buddy, Joe, both pitched! We won 11-1 👊🏻⚾️ and advanced to the championship game (we came in runner-ups). Sam Nolan threw a “no-hitter” with the only run being from Joe (an overthrow at first). So, if anyone had to score, we were happy it was Joe. 😎

Vestavia and Springville tigers in championship game! It was the Troy Ellis tournament and they gave hats with Troy’s name for prize 🥰. 

Showcase 2021

I wasn’t able to attend, but Delaney loved having a cheering section with grandparents and her Daddy! How can someone look like they are more comfortable on stage than not? Not sure, but she does! 

New Hobbies for Shep and CeCe!

This is just because popsicle eating has always been one of Shep’s hobbies, but these little hands...I’m a sucker for little hand pictures! 🥰

CeCe has started tumbling...again! We had to find a closer location with a time that fit in our schedule, so we signed up for Trussville Academy of Gymnastics! She’s not very graceful or coordinated, but working towards our goal of gaining strength and courage of trying new things!

Another TCB CHAMPIONSHIP WIN!!

⚾️Tiger City Baseball⚾️ back to back wins! BPA CHAMPS!! Sam Nolan is having the time of his life playing on this team! They support each other on and off the team, which makes it fun to watch! At 2:15 in the MORNING they finished playing after rain delays. No rings, no plaque (which made Mommas mad), but since I wasn’t there Eric managed to get some pics!

The next day, the director hand delivered rings and the boys met at Ferus to celebrate (even better than getting them at game)! What a great day!
