Beach Trip part 1

Ready for the beach! We were missing one, and couldn’t wait to get our Delaney back! 
Stopped at the Peach Park to stretch and eat icecream!

And for Shep to look at the animals.

We made it to the condo! Everyone was happy to be out of the car.

Pretty sure everyone knew we had arrived with Shep. He ran to the fish pond (that wasn’t meant for touching), screamed in the elevator, and pushed the “help” button. Needless to say, he keeps us grounded. Just when we thought we had this parenting thing down...we have THAT kid. Shep was into EVERYTHING...even if it was against the rules. 🙄 I have had to learn to be THAT mom who lets things go and choose my battles way more often that I did before. If not, I would be TOTALLY crazy with this one. We’ve gotten several looks and “mom shaming” with this caboose in just one day, which is new for us. But we just smile and move on...this is my last one and I’m going to enjoy every bit of it.
How can I be mad when he knows how to say “Cheese!!!”...and ruin an otherwise cute kid picture?! 😂
