Rockstar and Princess

Growing up in the same house does not mean you act the same. For these two, this couldn't be more true. We call them our "rockstar" and "princess." Sam Nolan is our rockstar with a laid-back, no worries attitude.

 While Delaney "the princess" sees things with more delicate and careful eyes.

 Maybe it's because our princess is a "Daddy's Girl"...

Who has a flair for dancing with a partner.

But Sam Nolan prefers observing.

 Especially his mommy.

 But takes full advantage of fun times.

 While Delaney paints with her buddies, Connor and Ashlyn, Sam Nolan stays back and listens with Kate.

 And takes advantage of precious photo-opps with sweet girls, Allie and Kate.

 Princesses needs their beauty rest.

And rockstars try to get some.

When we wake up, Delaney is dressing up in tutus and dresses. This was my dance outfit when I was about her age.

Sam Nolan prefers to dress up in hats and camo.

 

Even though they aren't too much alike at this stage, they sure do love each other (which makes this Momma super proud).
