Genius. :)
During the month of October, Trussville turned "pink" for breast cancer. This is Delaney's class.
Then, it was the 50th day of school and she wore some more pink. :)The girls!
Sam Nolan had so much fun at his fall festival!!
He LOVED the snake!!
Moving Day! We are so excited to be in our new house!
Halloween was about a week later. Mal from "The Descendants" and "Miles from Tomorrowland".
Delaney's cheer competition was on the same day as my Santa sessions, so Santa and Delaney celebrated her 2nd place win!
At school the next day...
Thanksgiving fun in the leaves!
I've been wanting to do a "rainy day mud session" with the kids for a while. I will hang them in their bathroom. :) I went with a "film/black and white" look. Although Sam Nolan had no part in it (he cried and would NOT get in the mud), Delaney did great. :)
Bahahaha!! I LOVE this face. It's her "OMG!" face. :)
Our new addiction for the Christmas holidays. SNOWMAN cookies from Starbucks.
Then, we went to the festival of lights at the Bham racecourse (hot chocolate made it so much more of a treat).
This year, we are doing the Jesse tree during Advent to prepare our hearts for Jesus' birthday. It's such a fun way to help kids understand the meaning of Christmas.
I am using this book as a guide, which I found on pinterest. The kids will be creating a different ornament each night that goes along with the verse/story of the night. They also get to unwrap a Christmas book that we read after our craft. Then, we will donate them to the kids' classrooms. Our supplies...
I'll end this blog with a picture of our house all lit up for Christmas (maybe a big much, but it's our first year here)!!
We are READY for Santa!!
