Quarantining

We are staying at home and finding things to pass the time until school starts back (online). Playing with peanuts and dumping them out first thing in the morning being one of them.

Yep, Shep already had an accident. So no pants AGAIN. 🤦🏼‍♀️
My girl with her piggy paint for her nails. She loves girly things.
I’m a sucker for a lil ponytail. We are trying all different hairstyles to keep her hair out of her face.
Showing off her painted nails. :)
Of course, a day isn’t complete without front row seats to a dance by Delaney.
She is also taking Academy dance (12:30-3:30) through May, so she will be prepared for dancing this much next school year. She loves it! This is her instagram (her “brag board” is what I call it). 🥰

Not sure about this boy. He found this somewhere, we aren’t sure, and decided he needed it. Not gonna happen. But it was a nice quiet car ride.🤷🏼‍♀️
CeCe ate a “hambuga” (she says). She loves them!
She is really getting a personality these days!
My 😇. We have been doing math every day. He is working hard (even though he’d much rather be playing xbox during his free time).
I can’t resist this face. I look a mess, but for him, I’ll take a pic. :)
Then, this. ❤️

Potty Training part one

“The book” (3 day potty training boot camp) says NO panties, small potty, night time train immediately, blah, blah, blah...we broke the rules on that. Potty training toddlers is MESSY. Messy x2. We have tried multiple ways to do it, but we are going the route we did with the older two. Regular potty, potty seats, and underwear (no pull-ups). CeCe has done AMAZING from day one. Shocked.
It’s like she knew all along we would doubt her...
This week we have relaxed, but have stayed EXTREMELY messy. Messy hair, messy outfits, just plain messy.
We’ve crafted messes.
Washed and worn the same 8 pairs of sweatpants over and over (I just plan to throw away afterwards anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️) . Laundry overload for sure.

I mean...why not? Batman slippers! He finally wants to wear them!
Messy peanut butter picnics!

And naked game playing.
It’s been real around here. But this one has now reached the “I need to potty” stage and hasn’t had an accident in 3 days! She still wears diapers at nap and night, but I call that success!
Messy training calls for messy meals!

So today, to celebrate our success, we finally got back into our “regular clothes” and tried a little.
Shep started out the day fully clothed.
But then had HIS first accident at 9:45. So we went pants-less today!
I am so proud of her and happy for her! She can officially say she was the “first” to tackle potty training.
Shep. Well. I’ve had to order waterproof seat cushions for the chairs 😂.
He has work to do. But man, he’s cute in those undies. 🥰

Baseball

He won’t be playing baseball for a while with his team, and we are so sad! ⚾️ But I wanted to document what I was able to get so far this season.  This picture shows the size difference in these boys Sam Nolan plays against! He doesn’t even realize it nor would he even care....which makes me even more proud!

 Practices!

Batting cage training...I love watching them!

Covid19 coronaquarantine 2020

The first week of a mandatory quarantine was full of sickness. CeCe and Shep both went through fevers and colds, but now we are better (except for allergies). No regular clothes, messy hair, and late mornings. We could used to this. Also, potty training CeCe! Blog post on that soon! Love nap mats even after school is out.

This week has been full of activities! Pretend makeup and hair
Our exploration
Water gun fights
Sticker fun!!

And whatever it is he is doing. 😂

Boredom has taken over little, but we are making do. Donuts!!!

We also bought this on Amazon for inside play and in lieu of our beach vacay! Best money spent. Getting that energy out!!!

We do take a daily van outing so momma doesn’t go insane.

This weekend was beautiful!!!! Hunny always makes it in pics!

To start off the week, Delaney is prepping for her new school year at LDD, with new tricks to learn! Straight leg scorpion training!
