Christmas 2020

In true 2020 style, I took minimal pictures of the actual day because I completely forgot. Frankly, four kids at Christmas time can overwhelm and emotionally/physically drain a person, but I really just wanted to enjoy. Some video was taken by Eric, but we mostly watched them unwrap and play with toys.  I did manage to snap a few during the sweetest moments from our long weekend in between the playing and chaos (my MOST favorite moments 💕). These are the times that I feel God stop me in my tracks and remind me to slow down and enjoy the four most amazing gifts. Delaney created an at home movie theatre experience for us! She went to a lot of trouble to create the full movie theatre scenario. Snack station and all!! Home Alone won the vote!

My girl has been amazing at helping me with the elf. She has the energy and creativity at the end of the day, so I love giving her the special task of keeping the Christmas magic alive for Elfis! She’s enjoyed this responsibility so much and I absolutely love that!
Charlie always enjoys the days when everyone is home and he can rest easy.

This perfectly describes them. Mrs. Snuggles and Mr. Inquisitive. The climbing Santa has kept him very busy this holiday season.
Preparing for Santa and enjoying the fire.

She is so happy when she is creating art. 💕

Christmas parties and Lights!!

The tradition continues! Cookies and lights!

Something a little Different! 🤩

Long story short, Delaney scheduled a headshots/dance session with the amazing Frank Carnaggio! Super excited!! We had the makeup artist lined up, and everything was booked. But after being given the name and number of an agent, and then sending random Sam Nolan pictures from my phone to the agent, we somehow stumbled upon commercial modeling for SN. I still can’t believe it is happening so quickly for him! We have been asked on numerous occasions about him being a model, but haven’t had the time to pursue it. Probably still don’t, but he had a great time during the 4 hour photo shoot and he left saying “can we do that again?” We had the best time doing this together and laughing and smiling the whole time! He will be submitting his portfolio and comp cards to agencies through our agent and hopefully he will sign with one of those in the very near future! More pics to come! So exciting!
Doing his thing!!!

Behind the scenes: Frank Carnaggio is THE best photographer. He knew exactly what direction to give SN and how to get the images agencies want (our agent referred us to him, so it was a perfect way to get pictures all done in one day). We loved his energy!
The dream team! From hair and makeup (for Delaney), wardrobe styling, to model positioning, they did it all!! Sam Nolan’s hair never looked better 😂! They even had the kids’ names on the door! So sweet!

Delaney’s Instagram!
And it made her day to be on Frank carnaggio’s story! This image wasn’t edited yet!! I’m amazed!

Christmas traditions!

Every year at this time, it seems so crazy and chaotic, but it’s actually VERY comforting (especially this year) to keep the normalcy of fun and parties happening. Like dress like a Christmas tree day (just green day for SN 😂).
With some snuggle time in between...

CeCe pretending to get fancy for a Christmas party. She loves playing with jewelry and especially Delaney’s clip on earrings. She was feeling pretty confident!

Until Mommy says it’s time to take them off.
Christmas parades.
More parties (parents not allowed 😢)
One of my favorite traditions...Christmas programs! CeCe and Shep didn’t sing much, and CeCe wasn’t feeling the crowdedness of it all, but they didn’t cry!

My little princess needs her space!
No pics of Shep’s party (parents not allowed) 😢, but CeCe was in heaven!!

Christmas party for HBC! This team is so fun!
