Springville Slammers 9u ⚾️

Since joining this new 9u team, we have learned so much about the HUGE difference in coach pitch and kid pitch. We are so excited for Sam Nolan to get this experience and have such a fantastic, knowledgeable coach!! He has already learned so much about stealing bases, pitching, playing multiple infield bases, and all the rules that go along with real baseball. We miss our friends who are playing 8u in Trussville, but we are glad we made the decision to move up and start kid pitch...Sam Nolan wants to be just like his dad. ;)

Valentine’s Day! ❤️

All of my loves had a great day!
School parties for CeCe and Shep!

And then sweet treats for all when they got home!

Eric and I had a a day date and looked at houses. For Valentines this year we are redoing our bathroom! Whew!

My love and I decided to do Valentines as a family. My favorite dinner, at home, with my family. Perfect.

I need to learn a lesson about school pics. I’m ALWAYS going to buy them, so put more effort into Shep’s outfits! 😂 I couldn’t resist these cute poses. I. Melt. 🥰🥰❤️❤️

A little before and after. Fall vs Spring pictures.

The start of dance season!

First, Delaney attended Hollywood dance jams convention downtown! She won a scholarship to nationals out of her age division (tons of dance studios attended) in Orlando!!

Ready for day one of in10sity dance competition!!
Her dance buddies!!!
This girl!! ❤️ She will NEVER lack focus, passion, and most importantly, EXPRESSION !!

Purple dancer in Little Sally Walker by Izzy! My absolute favorite! She didn’t think she would like hip hop, but its her favorite now. Get it girl!

Revolting children musical theatre! She plays this role well!

Some of the Linda Dobbins danders after awards! They won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for their dances! Clean sweep!

Ready for day 2!! We were up at 5am, but she was ready to perform her solo!! There were some tough competition for lyrical genre. She competed against girls from LA and TN.
But when she gets on stage, I couldn’t be more proud of the confidence and determination that she displays so beautifully.

First solo ever (and second year of dancing)and she received PLATINUM and 6th place overall! She wasn’t expecting to place since it includes all genres and TONS of talent, but she couldn’t be happier!
And then what does an amazing dancer do after 2 full days of dancing, awards, and a quick lunch at Starbucks??? Go to company dance rehearsals for 4 more hours!!
