Busy season, happy hearts

Although this season is always busy and chaotic, I love when God reminds me of how truly blessed I am. Sam Nolan’s sweet first grade class

I love seeing Delaney and her friends have fun together. I’m also super happy she loves it when Eric and I show up and are able to spend this time with her.

My sweet Sam Nolan’s party was the same day, so we went back to the school to party with him. I was busy with the “pin the nose on Rudolph” station, so I didn’t get as many pics at this party. 

Shep’s 1st haircut

Eric made me do it. I wasn’t ready to cut off his baby curls, but I knew my best friend, Cori, wouldn’t cut too much and keep it babyish. So I agreed. She’s the best. 
Shep wasn’t ready either. He made this face the whole time.

A little Mickey Mouse helped ease his fears, and she was able to cut a little. :) Daddy also doesn’t like John-johns or bubbles. But Shep is my last and he is giving in a little more than usual. :)

Girls’ Christmas brunch at Classic on Noble

This has become a fun tradition at Christmas. Each year, the girls go to brunch at Classic on Noble. It is so festive and they have it beautifully decorated. A piano player and delicious buffet keep us coming back every year. CeCe was not a fan of the fake Santa.

This girl was super pumped to get her braces off! Finally!! After almost a year of them, she has moved on to a retainer now. :)
It’s usually a fight over the chair, but not this time!
