Potty training, painting, and playing

This is so true when it comes to my boy. Shep is having a difficult time with the whole potty idea...we have been on and off about 3 times now just because it’s exhausting with all the kids home, distractions, and I don’t have time to watch for him “pee pee face” (what the book says to do 🙄). He just sits on the potty multiple times a day staring at his “prizes” but has yet to get one (at least fairly-I’m a sucker for my boys). He knows they are in there, but sweet boy waits too long to tell us he needs to go. He just forgets I guess. These action figures are his obsession right now. He collects several, but is so excited to add to his others.

Can you tell we REALLY want him to get potty trained?!! 

We go outside most mornings for water table play. We collected, cleaned, and painted rocks this week. He’s always a mess.

We figured out that the washable fingernail paint we use for CeCe has the perfect little paint wand for her little hands. :)

We may not be doing ALL the educational things we should right now...but I’m hoping maybe we are learning more about sharing (and patience 😂). They take care of each other when it counts. And love to feed each other 🥰.

Family Time!!

We went to the Huntsville safari zoo. It was fun to see the kids so excited!! Sam Nolan had fun feeding the big animals!
