You can only see two teeth in the picture, but he actually has two on top, too. :) He has already shown interest in using those teeth to eat things like short bread cookies, soft noodles, and stage 3 food. He is a hungry boy!
He hasn't shown any interest in crawling, but we're still working on that everyday. He seems to be just fine with his sister getting everything for him.
He still loves making noises with his lips and tongue and adding to his "dada" he now makes the "mmmm" sound when he sees me. Close enough. :)
He sleeps from 7:30-6:30 every night. WOW! We aren't use to this yet, just because this never happened with Delaney. She's my little early bird, and he seems to be on the path to enjoying sleep much more than her. We are loving life with our babies.
Cute Delaney quote* While watching a movie together on the couch, I couldn't help but stare at my little girl growing up right in front of me. I leaned over and asked her, "Delaney, how are you so pretty?" She replied, "God made me." -melts my heart.
This picture is one from school (she's in a white and red polka dot Bama dress).

Fall is in the Air!
The Leeds Festival was first on the calendar this year. Along with hearing our band from church play, buying festive Halloween yard art, and trying on plastic fireman's hats was the eating of "Steel City Pops" popsicles.
Sam Nolan's first homemade popsicle. Heaven.
Then, we went to Nannie and Pops to visit and watch Alabama do what they do best! Win! (Another fall fave)
I finally got a good shot of Sam Nolan's eye and how great it looks! He has a little runny nose, but his eyebrow looks good!

Although we don't do it enough, Delaney resting/napping is definitely increased in the fall/winter months.
Halloween is fast approaching, so I had to post some pictures of Delaney trying on her Halloween cat hat and dancing around in her panties. Other moms may fight that battle of pants vs. no pants around the house, but at the Roberts' household we mostly let that one go.
Not sure what this dance move is, but she looks very focused. :)

Tickling Tidbit
I forgot to blog about an incident that happened to Eric at Sam Nolan's first appointment for his eye. Big poopy + No Diapers + No wipes + No change of clothes = BIG MESS and funny scene for the nurses and other parents at Children's. Needless to say Eric and Sam Nolan learned a valuable lesson. Don't let Mommy leave home without checking bag first and always wear an undershirt. :) This is a picture Eric took of Sam Nolan in his "hobo chic" wear.
Healing process Day TwoDay 5...
The stitches are out and little man looks great! I will post pics as soon as I can. :)
