We took our first born with us to close on our first ever condo purchase! She loved getting to have the first peek at the place we hope to make a bunch of memories. These are going to be my “before” pictures for this condo. 😊 I can’t wait to makeover this little place! We met with the rental management company, had the walk-through, closing, and met with a painter/tiler ALL in the few hours we had before we drove back home. We did manage to squeeze in a quick EARLY dinner at Flippers. :)

This was 100% worth it all. Eric and I couldn’t be more ready to start making memories at “our place.” She’s definitely ready, too!
We didn’t want to leave (and tried to find a way for us to stay), but we are already planning a “decorating trip” down soon! 🥰
