Sam Nolan and I went to see Dr. Miller on Monday! I knew he had gained weight, but I was a little shocked to find out he was 11 lbs. 11 oz., almost 12 pounds and 23 1/4 in. long. At 12 pounds, he should be able to sleep 6-8 hours during the night. I really can't believe that the night feedings are about to end!! It seems like he is growing way too fast. He is such a sweet baby (aka. good sleeper...haha!) and I want him to stay a baby for as long as possible. He is beginning to smile...
He's alse showing us his super cute personality...
And he's basically the best guy I know of to go shopping with...Since we're all staying home more often (me, Sam Nolan, and Delaney), we decided to get into the Dr. Seuss excitement for Read Across America week! We used some fabric paint to decorate a "Thing 1 and Thing 2" shirt. Her hands were the Things and she also put polka dots on it. I only helped a little!
Sam Nolan made one with his feet. It's inspired by The Foot Book by Dr. Seuss...
Here's some pictures of Delaney showing off her new shirt. Crazy girl!
This pose could be the result of having a really GREAT morning!! As many of you know, Delaney is doing great with #1 in the potty, but never #2. She always asks for a pull-up! After many persuasive attempts to get her to go, we finally told her that we are all out of pull-ups and they aren't coming back. This morning, after only a small tantrum, she went!! Through her tears, she said, "That was easy!" Yay for three smarties and a future trip to Disney World!
Sam Nolan took some pictures, too. Only his weren't as dramatic...
This face cracks me up!!
Our little cutie pie.
